At Wise Guy Market, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping policies, delivery times, and costs.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Kenya including:
- Nairobi: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2 PM
- Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru: 1-2 business days
- Other towns: 2-4 business days
- Rural areas: 3-5 business days
2. Shipping Costs

3. Delivery Times
- Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi only): Orders placed before 2 PM, delivered same day between 4-8 PM
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2 PM, delivered next business day
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days depending on location
- Weekend Deliveries: Available in Nairobi for express orders. Standard orders deliver Monday-Saturday.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your delivery status through our delivery partners or contact us for updates.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted local and international couriers including:
- Sendy (for Nairobi same-day deliveries)
- G4S Kenya
- Speedaf Logistics
- Posta Kenya (EMS)
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept, we will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed (minus shipping costs).
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Kenya. International shipping coming soon! For bulk international orders, please contact us directly.
